Not saying that it's not a great synth... Avenger and Nexus are over-hyped and their expansions WAY overpriced. There are a ton of better presets (and more up-to-date) for Serum that you can get for $1 when bundled during the big sales. For this amount of $$$ I'd rather buy a Virus TI.

Nexus is a rompler. Why do you say Avenger is over-hyped? My comments are based on my actual use, not on hype...

Maybe the hype is justified. I made my on mind when it was released and I never regretted my purchase.

I made the mistake of buying Serum solely because of the hype, and I learned my lesson can't believe I bought this thing. ?‍♂️
