I don't know whose idea it was to put a timer on how long a crash dump file can take to upload to Cakewalk's support area, but it is incredibly annoying and uncalled for. How can you guys help me if your website isn't patient with my upload times?! I've provided a speed test result for the same day I attempted to upload the crash dump file.

I used to be able to customize my audio meter well to where it would have a nearly Cubase-like feel in Cakewalk by Bandlab; this seems to not be the case with the new SONAR. There's virtually no descriptions for what all the assigned color parameters do for the DAW, and it also seems that the option to change it may have been taken away. What gives? Why make so many changes to what can and can't be changed anymore?

I couldn't find an area on these forums that's dedicated to issues with Cakewalk's legacy website, so I've picked this spot to post about it. I've been wanting to address issues with my serial codes with VSTs like Dimension pro, but I can't log into the website. I've attempted to reset the password, but Cakewalk does not send a password reset link to my e-mail address (no, it's not in the spam section either!). I've e-mailed about the issue, but no response.
