Just learned about this thing via this post .... but two notes pedigree speaks for itself ...

First contact here : mixed feeling ..... Less optimised , some stiuff i'm looking for that i don't see anymore (they changed plamcement .... ) Modulation : always wanted to create for exemple an lfo in the mod part (right side) without having to assign a destination first .... why so ? Still not a fan of time based fx on uhe stuff ... The gui is slow to instantiate .... Apprently still no way to imlport you wavetables (no deal breaker but this option would have been cool) New protection system : doesn't smell good , don't ask me why , pure feeling , zero fact based /....lol

Who will use all those modules at once ? .... the guy in the video .....lol they should provides those moudles outside the rack .... when i use a chorus , i ain'g onna slap a phaser +a trem+a flanger on it .... pan mod , maybe ...

Nothin .... yet ? thinking of getting either Vcollection V11 (update) Fx collection , omnisphere update ... But my mind saying you don't need those ... Will probably get anbothe HW lol (synth or HD 490 pro )

Thks guyz , V9 here and 69 , i seen once 49 and didn't jumped so i was like maybe V collection last version are the luky ones ./ I plan on getting the astrolab 37 maybe hence my possible move .... also fx collection for 99 from V2 , the new goldfire and granular ones are really great fx .... As for the v colection cpu hit on thier last one is stupid exept the j8000 exellent and optimised , but the uagmented thing and lofi , while sounding superb are cpu hogg .... the astrolab will resolve the issue ...

Guyz , small question , anybody with the vcollection 11 can give me how its upgrade to pigment is ? I want to buy both and wann see if a certain sequence of pruchases is better ...;) Thks

Indeed ....and this can surely be interpolated to HW versus HW , sound generations as Fx .... Had this discussion with friends talking about elektron versus Akai mpc .... (me i went elektron , he pusshing me to go akai mpc libve 3 ) On paper the mpc live 3 is like ProQ4 , features iwes it's a beast ... But the digitakt 2 is like an instruments , not a pack of features , and a superb workflow : RESULTS : with the first i go on place i use to go , on the second i go places i would never with the first one , simply because the workflow makes it so unrational that i mainly focus on ideas and not process .....

Most people think matching curves makes it tyhe same helas ..... the phase is where the money at ... 80 % of your eq struggling in a mix is due to bad phase management / alignement , so you compênsate with emphasis of some freq (fundamentals , cutting other stuff ect ..) Also curve you have with vintage HW , you will never think of it with ProQ4 or any equivalent sometime .... copying curve is one thing .... doing those straight from a blanc canva is another one .... as for the chandler eq : solid choice

never tried this one , how is the cpu hit versus usual suspects (VTM , softube , ect .....) ?
