Legendary large-format console manufacturer Harrison have announced the launch of the 32Classic, a new 32-channel console that delivers the sound of their iconic early designs but with some powerful modern functionality.
every channel is equipped with a transformer-balanced mic preamp along with their classic 32C four-band EQ and high- / low-pass filters, balanced insert points and direct outputs. Routing options are comprehensive, too, with eight multitrack buses, four aux sends plus a stereo cue send, and a transformer-balanced main mix output.
comes loaded with 64 channels of A-D and D-A converters with Dante connectivity, and features an In-Line record mode which makes it possible to route input signals directly to a DAW whilst a separate Playback path takes care of monitoring and headphone mixes. It also supports monitoring configuration up to 7.1.4, meaning it can be integrated directly into studios with Dolby Atmos systems.
