So they offered me a license as a "peace" offering...but that's not going to cut it! You don't come out and advertise EQ 81 FREE FOR ALL T-RACKS USERS and then, days later, after I BRING IT UP, add a disclaimer saying: Unless you got it in the Group Buy NOPE...not going to cut it IK! GREAT PRODUCTS...SH*TTY BUSINESS MODEL!!!

I only install the VST3 Versions, unless there is none...then I install VST2. Soon I won't have even do that I suppose

Another reply: Sorry for your issue, I am Jason one of the Support Managers and will be taking over here to help you resolve the issue. Let me explain in more detail here so you understand. You participated in the Group Buy this summer which you were able to choose many free IK plug ins. It looks like you haven't authorized many of them. One of the plug ins you choose was the EQ 81 among other items. So you own it already and can't redeem it if you already have it. My response? NOPE! TOTALLY WRONG! ALL means ALL...not "Select"...not "with the following exceptions"....ALL They'll regret playing these idiotic games with customers...I GUARANTEE IT! I don't need it...it's the PRINCIPLE! Completely Irrelevant. It says ALL T-RACKS USERS...not "select" or "Group Buy Participants Excluded"! It shouldn't matter if I have 500 Licenses....ALL T-Racks users means "ALL"
