Magix has released Music Maker 2023, a software for music creation (almost a DAW) for Windows based on loops. The basic version is free, limited to 8 tracks and comes with a beatbox, 3 instruments and 11 effects. The paid versions have unlimited tracks, much more effects, instruments and synths. However, their policy with soundpools (soundbancs) is at least weird, if not awful. You cannot use commercially the basic soundpacks you get with the software or buy from them at a regular price. You will have to purchase soundpacks with a commercial licence (royalty-free) whose price is at least twice the basic price.
