At the top of your account at Plugin Boutique is a list across, and there is a "Free Products" option. Click that and that is where the FREE items will be listed in your account. Also the "Search" for you own products is there also

Once you've clicked "Add to my Downloads" on PB then go to your account. That is where you select Win or Mac and Mac is selected by default. Change to Win and it will download properly
