That's odd. For me it was a pretty ornate install window that played music in the background. Most don't even require "installing" they just unarchive to directories...

I just installed Dark Horse with no issues... Don't install the Visual C++ Libraries...and it should install without any issue you shouldn't need them anyways... Will try installing Colors of Punjab next, which is the largest one of the bunch...

All worked fine for me...but I haven't got the "Big Ones" yet...
