I hear what you're saying, but I mean literally, mathematically, the OP stated a 50% discount but what you showed was a 90% discount, I have the 50% off discount code. If I try it on those same products are you saying that it will discount by 90% instead of 50%?
Yes...they are all currently on sale.
Advanced Guitar Steel String is on sale for $48 - normally $148
Libris Angelic Choir is on sale for $78 - normally $498
Basstard - is on sale for $38 - normally $198
Blackbird Drums - is on sale for $38 - normally $248
Total sale price is $202 minus the 50% discount = $101...90% off-

That's 90% off. How is that possible?
Well, because technically, once development is complete, downloadable software is "all profit".

We wandered the European countryside to capture the unique flavors of the different small towns, villages, and suburbs.
Now Europe can be enjoyed from farmstead to cottage with this ambient sound effects collection that encompasses all the rural sound palettes from the North Sea to the Mediterranean. The sounds provide genuine atmospheres for each setting without any distractions in the foreground; perfect, countryside soundscapes for authentic audio layers in your production.
Varying from calm restaurants to small town cafes, rivers and creeks to traffic and streets, EUROPEAN LIFE contains an entire sonic palette of the European rural life. Recorded in 3D, you can choose the exact listening angle or use the stereo version (also included).

Thanks CC. I'll look for the next one. I might need to "negotiate" with those guys. 340.00 for Horizon and a handful of other plugins seems very steep to me. I mean I can keep usin em' for now but MAN........that's 100 bucks over the so called 240.00 "cap".
Are they TRYING to loose me?
The only reason that it should go "over the cap" is if you are trying to WUP multiples of the same plugin:
1 year of Waves Update Plan coverage is capped at $240 for all non-identical products.
Your Waves Update Plan exceeds the $240 cap due to either selecting multiple identical licenses, or the coverage you’re about to purchase is for more than 1 year -

I updated my plugs to 12.7 no extra charge. My WUP is due in June though and it's over the cap.
Can we still shop around for a better WUP deal?
Yes.....EveryPlugin is the best place to buy...
Waves just finished a 25% off WUP sale...it's over now -
Next week, I am going to release a completely new tool. It's called "HouseEngine". I combined several approaches of my existing generative music tools and created a new plug-in that specializes in a very focused thing: creating House music :).
Basically, it works like this:You feed HouseEngine with your own MIDI chord progressions (or load a factory chord progression).
HouseEngine generates new piano phrases, basslines, melodies, etc. for you.
You can preview these phrases inside the plug-in.
If you like a phrase, you can drag and drop the generated MIDI file to your DAW (there will also be a Pro version with a mass-exporter).
You can see HouseEngine in action in this video:-

The Blackbird drums are quite nice...and yes...that's my primary genre...so that's what I would use them for...
but mostly I use them for occupying disk space...
