Magix does this all the time...they're not going anywhere any time soon! They make the high end Sequoia, which is their Nuendo", and Magix does TONS of other software. Samplitude will be around for a long while...they usually do this right before a new version hits...

Shortly...I'm waiting to see if discounters offer it cheaper... So far only Sweetwater has it at all, for the same price...$40... and no hurry, we have until the Dec 6th to pull the trigger!
