  1. Thanks. After creating this thread, I did find something online saying Melodyne 4 doesn't play well with Windows 11. I use Cakewalk so infrequently now and Melodyne even less, so I guess I'll go back to trying to sing more on pitch rather than upgrading!
  2. I recently switched from Cakewalk By Bandlab to the free version of Cakewalk Sonar. Every time I load Cakewalk Sonar, I get a message saying "Session Expired Your sign-in session has expired. Please sign in again to continue. Sign In to BandLab." I can ignore it and the session proceeds without issue. I can click the link to sign-in and the session proceeds without issue. What I can't seem to figure out how to do is convince Cakewalk Sonar that I'm no longer using Cakewalk by Bandlab and the message is entirely unnecessary. ----- The second issue is I can no longer use Melodyne 4 Editor. It's installed as a VST2 effect and the folder is included on the list of folders Sonar scans at startup. Sonar "finds" it when I do a scan, etc. My effect increased from 64 to 65 after pointing it to the folder. I've tried adding it as a REGION FX and also tried adding it to the FX bin. I just can't find it anywhere on the list of effects. Is Melodyne 4 Editor not compatible with the new Cakewalk Sonar? Thanks for the help!
  3. Thanks for the replies. Now that I've installed the Focusrite, I can't seem to access any other output separately anyway. I'm back to hitting the mute button on my mixer (except I don't have a mute button, so I'm pulling the fader down). It would be a handy feature on an interface with more than two channels of output.
  4. Is there any way to instruct Cakewalk to use a different output when recording vs. playback? I want direct the output signal to headphones everytime "record" is selected and I'd like for it to automaticlly switch to my monitors during playback. I have just purchased a new Focusrite Solo (gen 3), but haven't installed it yet. I'm not even sure if it's possible to address the headphone output separately from the 1/4-inch output, but I could always use the computer's output for the monitors if they can't be addressed separately.
  5. I have selected Clips as the landmark under "Specify Snap and Grid Settings." I have also tried both Snap TO and Snap BY. The audio still overlaps. What am I doing wrong? See attached video and image TEST.mp4
