  1. Hi, I have Cakewalk by bandlab for years and Cakewalk (Everything) since 1994. I installed UA topline vocal suite and started to experience a shutdown (crash) of Cakewalk by band lab when I use it. I went through UA's support for two months and they haven't been able to solve it and have just left me dry. They asked me to try it in Reaper, which I did and there were no problems. Frustrating. UA seems to have given up once I told them it worked in Reaper. I can't understand cuz Cakewalk works fine otherwise. Now, I'm thinking of getting the new Cakewalk Sonar. But, I hesitate. Has anyone else experienced this. Do you think the NEW Sonar might fix the whole problem? I really don't want to change platforms.
  2. Hope someone can help. I had to uninstall Windows 11. And of course, everything else. I'm in the midst of re- installing programs and Cakewalk is a a little problematic. First off, It will not allow me to change the drive where my vsts are and the letter drive it shows is F. F no longer exists. It's now I. The folder choice is already made as F, without the ability to change it. Clicking browse does nothing. Browse is greyed out. Suggestions? Also, It won't recognize my audio interface. A Volt276. Its seems to want to force me to use the Realtek HD piece of junk that was on the computer when I bought it. This re-install of "EVERTHING" is a nightmare. This will take me weeks before all my synths, effects, and other programs are all re-installed. Thank You So much
  3. I need a little help here. It seems suddenly my Addictive Drums 2 is showing as an FX rather than a softsynth. How did that happen, and can I change that back? Thanks
