update: Seem to have found a workaround for the moment. My driver latency settings were all the way to SAFE and i reduced that to half way I then duplicated track for all instruments of SynthMasterPlayer and then the "Replace Synth" did not crash don't know which of the above was the actual workaround. Working ok for a few hours since

Hi Cakewalk! The software is great. But I cannot work on it at the moment as it keeps crashing. I have a very urgent deadline! Here's the story I removed two plugins from the plugin folder. TDRNova and Acquavox reopened Cakewalk got a warning that the plugins were missing. I said OK the programme crashed. reproduced this every single time. when i opened it in safemode I got an error that SynthmasterPlayer was causing a problem. So i removed synthmasterplayer (removed the dll from plugin location) Project opened successfully i reinstalled synthmaster player (replaced the dll back - this may not be best practice!) BUT the tracks wont play so i tried to "Replace Synth" with the same SynthmasterPlayer and it crashes on replace synth as well. i am attaching all relevant dump files. Whats the best method to reconfigure plugins afresh.
