Actually doesn't the "deal" come when the six pack is on sale? Seems like I've seen it cheaper.

FREE DAW! Bitwig Studio 8-Track (limited time promotion)
Topcheese replied to Francisco-J's topic in Deals
It just seems dumb to me to offer eight tracks, then turn around and punish(cripple) you with only two VST tracks. Sure @TheSteven brings up some good points, but it still doesn't make me want to even install to try out. How good can my system really handle it with only two VST tracks. I can't really test something out like that. -
How does this one compare to the one you get with the Arturia one?

I apparently inadvertently paid once for a lifetime license/subscription for a video game ... NMS.

I thought it was this "Wireless Ethernet."

Air Music Tech AIR Instrument Expansion Pack 3 Complete Upgrade
Topcheese replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
I'd still like to pick up Structure 2, because at some point I wanted to get it. I like their stuff, but I haven't had a chance to do any production stuff lately. -
Seriously though, I think it is more of a statement. I didn't think that it could get worse, back when they were releasing drum machine clones. I think most people grasp at straws, and these people are grasping at ... thin AIR. An effect that comes standard on most everything ... including my office coffeemaker and toaster. ?

I'm not sure why people pay for something that's free. How they still getting people to pay for ... I can't think of the word, but basically bloatware filled with spyware. I use Only Office, but that's probably just as bad, but at least it's free. With that being said, I'm all for bargains(why we all here) so there you go. I've yet to use the cheap win 10 license I picked up, because I've been using Mac and Linux, but I do have a couple win 10 machines I use for gaming and on a laptop. Windows is free to use, and you can pay a fee to activate it. I actually make heavy use of the built-in text editor to copy and paste into a web interface for MS Docs. If I really need to get down and dirty I'll make use of RTD. lol

I missed the "new" part, and thought it was for the Tracktion Master Mix plugin, which used to be called Final Mix. That was one of my favorite plugins.

I feel a pun coming on, so by all means let me try to clear the ... air. I can't really speak for them, and this is just my unprofessional opinion, so I understand it doesn't really mean much. I think corporate is what was really holding them back, as is the usual with such corporate buyouts. I thought I personally enjoyed a decent amount of customer service from them, but I also understand about some of the longstanding unresolved issues. Again, I'm not trying to downplay any of it, as I am the one that cracked the joke. I really do like their products, but as we know corporate could care less about older products, and it's no wonder they aren't' retired/archived away by now. I think that kind of sort of speaks to the ... value maybe? It's still a good idea to check out the link @PavlovsCat provided, but at least for me, some of the sale prices are a no-brainer.

and with an aptly named product ... I'm still waiting for my Transfuser 3 software/hardware dream to come to fruition.

VST Alarm ??? Exclusive Deal. Guitar Plugin Bundle by New Nation. 87% Off.
Topcheese replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
Well now I never thought I'd be one of "them" people, but you must be the man, because it still don't work for me. I don't recall ever having problems with links here, but then again this is a new site I've never heard of ... and apparently my DNS don't know jack. -
I suppose they can call it that, then it makes my favorite Transfuser the "ChompMonster" /js That's not too bad a deal.
