  1. I noticed the issue would rear its ugly head when I would attempt to download their package of plugins. Strange. @Chaps, thanks for checking it out.
  2. So far it's only with the Safari Pedals website, every time I go to their site I end up having to reset my network settings. Anyone else running into something similar?
  3. I contacted UVI support, the linked survey is legit. I linked them to this forum thread with the link that Larry gave. Below is the full exchange, last names removed. The exchange is latest response first, so my original question is at the bottom.
  4. It all depends on when you signed up to the Softube Subscriber Club.
  5. This is from their site, "* Excluded products: Non-upgrade versions of TONEX, AmpliTube 5, SampleTank 4, and Miroslav Philharmonik 2. Also excludes T-RackS Space Delay, Lo-Fi Punch, and Tape Echo." Does this mean T-RackS Space Delay isn't available as a free product through the group buy, or does this mean if I purchase T-RackS Space Delay it doesn't count towards the group buy?
  6. Resolved. Apparently the Native ID migration with my Izotope account had locked things up. All good now.
  7. I'm unable to login via Native Access and I can't login at the website. Just searching for answers.
  8. I can say that after using ARC X... I'm glad I've upgraded.
  9. one thing to note, with ARC X I had to do a firmware update on my ARC Studio for compatibility. This firmware update made it incompatible with ARC 4. Be certain you want to move forward to ARC X before doing the firmware update.
  10. If you have the ARC Studio hardware ARC X is free. Make sure your hardware is registered. Then open the IK Product Manager and install ARC X.
  11. Here's the link to the bedroom producers blog article https://bedroomproducersblog.com/2025/08/21/safari-pedals-gorilla-drive-free/
  12. I don't have a registered device and it worked for me
  13. @Brian Walton Just make an account. Then come back here, click Larry's link. Then click the button under "How to claim your software". Copy the code and follow the instructions below. You don't need a focusrite device.
  14. I purchased from the Sonnox website the Drum Gate and got it for $18.39 after a discount for signing up for a news letter.
  15. So basically nobody was buying into Sonar as a paid product. Now it's back to being free. Make up our minds, please.
