I hope we get the Theme Editor back!
I attached the custom Tungsten to this as an example. I'm not looking for "mine" to be the solution, but I'm sharing my idea of what is important to me, especially being older and visibility just isn't the same. It's a simple concept. When you have projects that are 30 to 40+ tracks you need quick visibility of ProChannel Power light, Plugins On vs Off, Interleave Stereo or Mono, Input Echo On vs Off, Phase Normal vs Inverted, etc... Also, when editing clips, contrast is very important. I prefer a white clip background so the audio wave on top is very visible to see spikes or any imperfections and then something darker when selected. The new version does not give the user the ability to change the background of a clip.
If we don't get theme editing with the new version, I would hope that we can get a theme that has this type of concept. The changes that I made to Tungsten are very minor but it enables me to have visibility of major functions for each track very quickly when viewing tracks in the project. Currectly I use the old version of Cakewalk to check all of my functions before using the new version, just because it is much faster when you have large projects.
Please bring the theme editing back. That is a great feature!
Thanks you
Roc
