  1. Quite similar to what’s in Synth Anthology 4.
  2. Waiting on a good deal on Ivory III myself.
  3. Love those packs. There’s a new one coming up: String It, for String Studio, already at JRR.
  4. Kan’t Kook without Koby
  5. I’m thinking I’ll get my upgrade fix in July.
  6. Anyone got it in yet? Interested to say the least. These guys at Tracktion are collecting some pretty great synths.
  7. Indeed. It’s another pair of EQs. Which is good, as I like their Pultec and other EQs. Here’s what the site says now: ”The Backs Pro Bundle by NoiseAsh includes both the Backs EQ and the Backs Pro EQ, meticulously modeled to deliver smooth, musical response and dramatic sound shaping. The Backs Pro EQ extends its sonic palette further with Mid/Side processing, a unique Nuance Deviation System (NDS) for subtle warmth, and an additional special tube preamp mode. ”
  8. Didn’t see that coming. A bass synth from NoiseAsh!
  9. Once saw his show at La Défense for Le 14 Juillet. Magnificent.
  10. You’re right, they used to run on UVI and that meant iLok.
  11. And if you like (or love, as I do) what the Crow Hill devs (and that lovely Christian Henson) bring to the table, you’ll need CodeMeter. https://www.wibu.com/nl/products/codemeter.html I see it as just another iLok thing. And I wouldn’t want to miss out on EastWest
  12. The Tina bundle is very unique, with its own character sound, somewhat comparable to Embertone’s Joshua Bell violin. You of course know that Cinesamples have shifted towards Musio, while promising to continue to service their Kontakt Player versions, but for how long… Virharmonic OTOH have recently parted with UVI and now use their own (Gorilla) engine. But you don’t need a specific download manager, Pulse Downloader does it all.
  13. Couldn’t be more different. Tina’s mighty fine, especially for expressive (and electric). Virharmonic's great for regular cello.
  14. Hey, I went to school there. They do stuff.
  15. The way I understand it they both complement each other. Mixroom doesn’t go low and Bassroom doesn’t go high. Together they cover the entire spectrum.
  16. A pretty pretty wonderful cello this juan is.
  17. Same here. …after the love has gone.
  18. Good point. The menu suggestion last Tuesday was Panna Cotta with Rubarb. So I told them to ditch the rhubarb and the stealthily added rhubarb coulis. Heaven after that. Two little ***** of cream.
