You will have to keep a lookout for that Acid Pro special. Last time I bought an additional license for 9 from B&H for $20.

Melodyne Essential comes free with most DAWs. This is another one where I have plenty of licenses. Essentials 4 to 5 is a free upgrade. Acid Pro is the real money pit. Even at $79 that's not worth it when a new upgrade will happen in less than 18 months.

The problem with having licenses of Magix software it becomes a money pit to keep up to date. Other than the recent Samplitude how many upgrades say "I gotta get this"?

Another $50 and you get Samplitude. I'd go that route.

Why not just use the patterns without it?

Presets for a pattern generator is odd.

This I think is a stand alone and not installed in your programs.

The opera seems like a not must have. I pass on these since with a little time spent on programming Kontakt and Melodyne and even Live's sampler you could do this on your own.
