Downloaded the 5.5 update today. Runs fine here. I tried loading all the free kits and running a few grooves - no crashes (so far). I'm up to date on CBd and Windows 10 Steve

I use Audacity with Windows Wasapi loopback driver to record whatever is currently being played - Spotify, Internet browser etc. I can save from Audacity as mp3 or wav. Audacity is free software.
