Hello - have you tried "Song Surgeon"? It works pretty well for me, even with complex orchestrations. It's made by TMJ software (https://songsurgeon.com/). It started off as a "Slowdowner" and pitch-change program, but they added all sorts of extra modules. The latest is a "note-finder" - that works moderately well on clean recordings.
