  1. Thanks again. I found meanwhile the reason. By default it used the windows driver instead of the ASIO driver. The lag is gone now.
  2. Thanks for your answer! I don't know what you mean. It's looks now like this. It's a fresh project with nothing other than one track and I have still the lag. If I click the soft keyboard on the plugin I hear the sound immediatly. Only if I use Midi in I have the lag. The master keyboard is also working properly.
  3. I could solve it meanwhile, I used the wrong Output on Track 2. I had to select the VST Plugin and not the Focusrite MIDI out Sorry for this useless post.
  4. I have a Midi keyboard connected directly to a Focusrite Audiointerface Midi input. But the Sound is delayed, if I hit a key on the master keyboard, it comes a few msecs later. So its unplayable. I know that it should/can work because I used the same NeoPiano with Cubase and another Focusrite Audiointerface on an old win10 computer and it played the Sound in realtime. Is this normal with Cakewalk that it comes delayed? I use Win11 with a state of the art computer.
  5. I have a Midi keyboard connected to the Focusrite Audio/Midi Interface. If I select Track 2 I see the midi signals when I touch the keyboard. So the MIDI Interface is setup correctly and and is working. If I select Track 3, where I have NeoPiano which I can hear if I click the soft keyboard of the Plugin, but it If I touch the keys of my real keyboard it never reaches the Plugin. What I'm missing?
