I managed to find it. The "Track Manager" button, just above the "add track" plus icon

Hi, The last time I worked with SONAR was in 2017. I opened a project but all my tracks are in folders and I cant expand the folders. All the links on the web say I must click a + icon but I just see an arrow that does nothing. Please help
