I've only just started using cakewalk sonar, and I set up the Vital synth plug-in and went into it. Pressing notes with my mouse is completely fine, but whenever I try to input to the VST itself I get an endless rain of short windows dings. I've dedicated all my USB (typing) keyboard strokes to the VST so im presuming the issue lies in my windows settings or with the plug-in itself. It's on VST-3, if that helps.
