  1. Works better for me than Native Access. For me to make that work these days, I have to either run it without admin privileges, or do a fresh download of it for every update. Go figure.
  2. Download info email on this would not open after purchase…..and couldn’t get access to my account info on their site, even though I was logged in. Oh well, will try later.
  3. I’ve bought from them before, with no problem. I think my last order was for a type of preamp tube I couldn’t find elsewhere—after exhausting the usual suspects.
  4. Wonder if it’s a coincidence that the Sonox one (formerly i-lock key and ilock cloud authorizing only) finally is allowing for ilock machine authorizing.
  5. Yeah, some of their “borderline” upgrade policies are , unfortunately, a function of their virtual lock on the e-drum market. (I’m thinking primarily of their “forever” elimination of a certain upgrade path a few years back if users didn’t update by a deadline). It’s a shame really that there is not more quality, reliable competition in this area.

  10. The plugins are working on my computer. Just can’t sign in.
  11. Can’t sign on to my ilock account on two seperate computers. The dreaded spinning wheel. Just me?
  12. Uninstalled Native Access. Re-installed Native Access. Three times got a “download failed” message for Kontakt update. The fourth time it worked. Not the model of elegance, but finally worked.
  13. Any way to update Kontakt without using the demon, Native Access?
  14. I’m not overly impressed with what RX11 offers over RX10. In all likelihood, I’ll skip this cycle.
