Thanks, but how can I download a free versioan through Product Center? I launch it, but there is no option there to open a free version

I fail to activate my Bandlab . It's written that I should activate . I push the button to activate - go to Internet bandlab.com & succefully login to my account. But still the Bandlab program does not activates. Why is it so? In the attactment - the prinscreen of what I've written
