Actually, sounds like something useful for people doing multichannel audio (in the sense of more than stereo, e.g., surround). Btw, one of the changes in Pro Tools' recent lineup reorg is that Pro Tools Studio ("middle tier") now supports multichannel projects. Previously only Pro Tools HD ("higher tier") supported them.

This weekend - Score: Game of Tones $8.99 for the commercially licensed option (or $4.99 for the non-commercial) https://producerplanet.com/us/article/game-of-tones-4432/?license=commercial_unlimited Obviously inspired on Ramin Djawadi's music. I had already bought it some time ago. The main theme is fun to listen to, but it evokes GoT so strongly that I end up not using it in my projects because it doesn't fit. It is a useful library when looking for cinematic percussion loops.

Hint for anybody who'd like to reach him: Look at the signature in any of his old posts. I did contact him that way. From his reply, I got the impression he really felt the need to take a break Let's give him time, continue to show appreciation every now and then, let him know we're not forgetting him, and hopefully soon he'll feel the itch to come back.

Stagecraft Software Simple Stems (free limited time)
Eusebio Rufian-Zilbermann replied to Yan Filiatrault's topic in Deals
On sale for $15 now https://www.stagecraftsoftware.com/products/simplestems/?coupon=MadCheap Of course, spleeter is still free (same quality but without the UI conveniences) https://github.com/deezer/spleeter Interestingly, iZotope Music Rebalance (RX) and SpectralLayers Unmix also use spleeter models. There may be minor differences in the tweaks but it's essentially the same algorithm and it really comes down to which UI you prefer -

When I want to share a project or see what others have shared I use blend.io -
If you use SSL plugins you probably want to check out the free "SSL 360" plugin mixer application, that automatically arranges all the SSL UI windows into a single UI window https://www.solidstatelogic.com/support-page/downloads

Did your M2 drive come with a heatsink? If not, you may want to add one Alternatively, if your motherboard supports pcie bifurcation and you have a free 16x pcie slot, you may want to consider a pcie to m2 adapter with a heatsink and fan, e.g. https://www.newegg.com/asus-model-hyper-m-2-x16-card-v2-pci-express-to-4-x-m-2/p/N82E16815293043 (although, for this card you probably want to install M2's in pairs, so that your x16 slot bifurcates to 2x8 or 4x4 with all lanes fully populated)

Falcon Crossgrade from Avid Falcon AAX The Falcon for Pro Tools offer has ended as described in the following AVID article: https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/FAQ/UVI-Falcon-FAQ. For a limited time, UVI is offering a special Falcon crossgrade for users of Pro Tools with an Avid Falcon AAX license: get the full version of Falcon for only $100/100€ (regularly $349/349€). As a special way for UVI to say thank you for your continued support, this offer also includes a $100/100€ voucher good towards any Soundware purchase on uvi.net (voucher code delivered by email after registering your Falcon license). Each license of Falcon, like all UVI products, can be activated on up to 3 systems concurrently via iLok, and will work in standalone and across all major DAWs (VST, AU, AAX). Note that the regular version is backward compatible with any Pro Tools sessions made with the Falcon AAX license. You can claim your personal crossgrade voucher code by submitting a request via the dedicated contact form Pro Tools - Falcon AAX Crossgrade. https://support.uvi.net/hc/en-us/requests/new (source: https://support.uvi.net/hc/en-us/articles/4549278317713-Falcon-Crossgrade-from-Avid-Falcon-AAX)

I just got Knif Audio Soma for $30.99 TOMO Audiolabs LISA for $30.99 ADPTR AUDIO SCULPT for $30.99 Brainworx bx_masterdesk True Peak $19.99 NEOLD V76U73 for $24.99 $137.95 - $75 = $62.95 ($12.59 each) Dirk said that we'd continue to be happy with vouchers after the limit changes. Maybe it's because I'm on the $75 tier but so far he has been delivering I'm running out of "wants" though, so I'm eagerly waiting for Komplete "above-standard-level" stuff becoming eligible for PA vouchers.

I've been waiting for this all month! Bets on whether it will be extended?

DearVR Pro has been excluded from recent sales but I searched my inbox and found this (from Feb 2020). Anyway, 30.99 is the "inflation adjusted $29.99"

G&L Placentia Legacy Electric Guitar Silver Burst
Eusebio Rufian-Zilbermann replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
From the comments I found from people that got Placentia Tele's in a previoud SDOTD those seem to be more or less equivalent to modern Squier Teles https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/g-l-placentia-series-bluesboy-sdotd-anybody-have-one.2352837/page-5 (guessing by analogy that these are probably similar to Squier Strats) -
Yes, I've been using the product manager to install (and reinstall) the synths. I had a couple of problems when downloading the updates in the "resources" (note that they're easy to miss in the Product Manager, and I'm not even sure they're needed, but I decided to download and keep them, just in case, because I don't want to find out a year from now that I wanted them and didn't download them on time). I gave it a try from the website and came across all the broken links (which could be an issue specific to my account or it could be affecting others, so that's why I thought about mentioning it in this thread)
-
When downloading from my user area there are quite a few bad links in the "Resources" Sections, where the updates are downloaded. In most cases the Windows and Mac downloads are reversed (if I want the Windows zip file I need to click on the Mac button, and if I click on the Windows button I get a dmg instead, e.g. SAM, Modulum, Bully, Pro-V, DCO-X and more)
