Can you link that here? I've been trying to find that. I just end up on a search loop 

Just used them recently, with no issue. I'm in the middle of a project, I went to edit some strings and bass parts and the SI Bass and SI Strings are not there. Reading online, I followed the filepath to where things should be located and to my surprise, under Program Files/Cakewalk, there is no Studio Instruments folder anymore. There is one under Program Data, but I don't see the DLL for the instruments. I never deleted anything, the only thing I can think of is Cakewalk updated recently and something happened?? 

Any ideas? I'm kinda stalled until I find those programs.
