  1. Ok the Solution is - Select save type MP4 - Then in the Encoding option Audio Codec AAC, below this audio option, you will see this Now, drop down the menu and select the highlighted one [you will find the same codec repeated when scrolling down, select which is at the top ] then export- this codec even supports Mac QuickTime time also. [I haven't tried the 48 kHz one]
