  1. Mark's solution does, indeed, work as described (thanks). Ideally, however, I'd like to use instrument definitions with soft synths just as I can with external synths. Specifically, I can see and use the contents of an KorgM3R.ini file with patch pulldowns for my external M3R synth, but I'm unable to do the same for my TTS-1 soft synth because the latter doesn't appear as an Output in the instrument definitions pane. In the above images, the leftmost shows the M3R patch by name at the top because the respective M3o/13 Output/Channel is mapped to "Korg M3R Internal Program" in the instrument definitions. However, I can't do the same for the TTS-1 synth because it doesn't appear as an Output in the Output/Channel section of the instrument definitions pane. So my question is: Is there a way to cause my TTS-1 instance to appear in the Output/Channel portion of the instrument definitions pane? Thanks! P.S. I renamed the TTS-1 instance as "SC7" so the output above appears as "2-SC7 1." I'd like to make that also available in the instrument definitions pane.
  2. Wow -- perfect! And only loaded up to YouTube a couple of weeks ago :-). Thank you!!!!!
  3. If I keep a copy of C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared DXi\TTS-1, can I just copy that into place for any future installations of Cakewalk by Bandlab that I may need to do? (Or is it more complicated than that... e.g., registry modifications?)
