  4. Hi Thanks for your advice. Yes that email that I received was from support@cakewalk.com, asking me to connect this forum. See screenshot of that attached. My original email address registered with cakewalk is no longer in use. Hence the problem. I’m at a total loss about what to do.
  5. That’s nice to hear. Unfortunately I am on an old Windows platform Win 7 and old audio interface not compatible with Windows 10.
  6. Hi, I have an email from Support in response to my request to allow me re-download Sonar X1 Producer, as some files are corrupted. I have been advised to make an open contact here for someone to help with link. My email is sumit.simlai@outlook.com. Would greatly appreciate help in this matter. A copy of my registered apps is attached. Support tells me I have perhaps not registered on SSO in 2017. I can't remember that but yes I did download the product which would mean I did what was required, to be able to download. Some files have gone missing and some corrupted as can be seen from screenshot.
