Dimension pro can't register?

I also have cakewalk by bandlab an also trying to register Demension pro that came with my sonar x3 producer. I've tried all the numbers I initially wrote down when i first installed x3 several years ago. Its on my pc but when its time to register nothing works HELP!!!!!!!!!
