Thanks for your reply ReginaldStjohn, the signal is showing on the track meter which I armed (signal send from Mackie to Cakewalk). I am not at my friend's place at the moment so I can't submit any pictures right now. We are trying to use the Mackie Profx12v3 as sound card in asio mode.

Hi everyone, I've been trying to get my friend Mackie Profx12v3 USB mixer to record his mix unto his laptop, Cakewalk shows that there are signal going into it from the mixer but when I try to record nothing is getting recorded, can anyone help us with this problem?
