Does the DXI plugin no longer recognize it?
happen135 replied to happen135's topic in Instruments & Effects
As shown in the figure, if the equalizer part of TTS-1 is turned on by pressing the ON button, there will be no sound output. Only by rotating the MID knob in the middle to the left or right will sound. -
For some string music sources, it is necessary to adjust this. On the left side of the MIDI track, I can easily adjust it to XX milliseconds, but on the instrument track (a newly created track directly dragged into the instrument), I cannot adjust it, I tried it on another computer with CubAES installed, and it can be adjusted or directly inputted on the left side of the instrument track. Does Sonar not have this option? Perhaps I haven't found a location to set up, which teacher can help me?

Thank you for your reply. I have given up the 32-bit Hyper Canvas and returned to TTS-1, but there is also a bug. When the tone button is turned on, there will be no sound, and I need to rotate the MID to make it sound. -

I found a way to select the timbres for each channel and save them as a performance file with the GMF extension in the settings. After reopening CWp, I read the GMF file and the timbres were loaded back. However, this is a bit time-consuming. Other VST audio sources can automatically save timbres, but Hyper Canvas cannot. -

Sir, the VST format can be used normally, but the only drawback is that after setting multiple channel tones, it can produce sound normally. After saving it as a CWP file and opening it again, all channel tones will return to the default piano tone. I have to choose the tone of each channel again, which is time-consuming. -

C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared DXi,Do I need to install to this directory? I found traces of TTS-1 here. -

Are you saying that the installation directory for DX needs to be placed in the DX directory of Cake Walk? The default directory for Hyper Canvas is program files (x86), do I need to reinstall it? -

Sir, is TTS-1 64 bit? -
Today I installed Hyper Canvas, which has been stored on my computer for many years, and found that only VST was installed. I copied Hyper Canvas.DLL to the VST directory of hackwalk and it can recognize it, but I cannot save the instrument. I have to reload the instrument every time I reopen cwp. If only DXI format is installed, neither CbB nor Sonar can scan this plugin. What is the reason for this? Did DAW abandon DXI, or was there a problem with my default installation? Are there any special requirements for the installation path?

You have the same problem, don't you? This shows that it has nothing to do with my computer system. It's a BUG. It's a pity. Another problem is that when multiple TTS-1 are inserted and the channels are set to 1, sometimes there is no sound output. It's time to abandon it, though not willing to.
