  1. As long as you tick the “Tempo Changes” box, yes. (I tested this before posting my first response).
  2. Project - Insert Time/Measures. Select all boxes.
  3. You are probably better off starting a new thread. When you do, specify the version of Sonar you’re using and your screen resolution and scaling.
  4. I just tried the Garritan expression maps from the link you provided and these imported fine. I also ust tried theEWQL Hollywood Brass, these also imported fine. Not long ago, I have also imported others from that web site and they have also imported fine. So, on a properly configured Sonar and Windows, the import expression map functions is working. I am going to assume that you have extracted the *.expressionmap files and not just tried to import the zip files. Can you list an exact step by step list of how you are going about importing Cubase expression maps.
  5. I made an autohotkey V2 script that clears the Picture Cache. It grabs the location from the AUD.INI file It does work on my PC, but if someone wants to test it on their PC, I have posted the ahk file. Note: I have compiled the EXE and added to the Sonar Tools menu. I posted the ahk file rather than the compiled EXE so you can have a look at the code. Picture Cache.ahk
  6. I am curious about this as well. I am pretty sure you cannot create a keyboard shortcut in Sonar to execute the .BAT file. It is likely that the keyboard shortcut is a Windows global keyboard shortcut. You can assign keyboard shortcut to shortcuts. Personally, I still prefer the Autohotkey and Sonar tools menu method.
  7. I would be using the following: DEL /Q "C:\CAKEWALK PROJECTS\PICTURE CACHE\*.*" This is assuming that’s where my Picture Cache actually resides (which, on My PC, it doesn’t)
  8. As long as the CMD file uses the location of the picture cache that is stored in the %AppData%\Cakewalk\sonar\aud.INI file, rather than an absolute path. Not everyone has their picture cache in "C:\CAKEWALK PROJECTS\PICTURE CACHE"
  9. This can be changed in Preferences - Customization - Colors (Advanced) At this dialogue box, down on the bottom right, you can see “Show Strip Colors”. Make sure this is ticked (On yours, I suspect it already is). Under that there is “Saturation”. Moving that slider to the right, will intensify the colours on the track pane.
  10. I am going to assume you’re using the latest Sonar 2025. The Inspector has always worked here (with all Cakewalk iterations that had it) Maybe you have a corrupted Project Template and you need to create a new Template (one where the Inspector works). If you start a new project and select “Empty” or “-- No Tracks or Buses --”, does the inspector work then?
  11. See: (Colour Optimisations)
  12. If you want to put a feature request in, do it here: https://discuss.cakewalk.com/forum/8-feedback-loop/
  13. Hell yeah, you Should!
  14. I just a tried cut special and paste special tempo events and it worked here.
