Nope, not 3 more weeks, it's driving me nuts. I'm using addictive drums and it's making the sound it should but when I do the 'Bounce To Track' thing it says something like 'there's no audio to convert' but I assumed it was an instrument track because it's got the addictive drums on the track. Also, when I just have the bass drum playing it won't let the hat not play even when I'm muting the hat, then I press the solo key on the bass drum and the hat still plays .I've been using sonar so long all my other songs are playing just like I want and are all audio tracks but this one won't do it. I've used the bounce to tracks way and the freeze way and they both do nothing. So sorry to be such a moron but of course you guys are my only recourse, Sonar has no customer service like the old Cakewalk used to. Would anybody like to make some cash by getting me thru this?

Hi Guys - none of these is working. I've got a midi kick that I can hear on track 1. I'd like to turn it into an audio track on track 2 and keep the midi track on track one in case I want to change something I've tried the freeze, the bounce to track and nothing will put this midi track on empty track 2 as an audio track. I'm spending so much time on this simple thing I really need some help. Thanks

I've got a kick on midi on track one. I'd like to record it to audio track 2. I can't seem to remember how to do it. Anybody got any help for me. I know it's a simple thing to do, I've done it many times but it's been so long since I've used Sonar I can't seem to figure it out.

I've got my snare and kick in midi on one track and I want to separate the snare pitches from the Kick. How do I separate the pitches onto 2 separate tracks, kick on one track and snare on another. I know it's easy cause I've done it before but forgot Thanks

I bought Sonar but I don't see an icon I can click to start the software. I'm also in the middle of a record and when I bring one of the songs up I get 'unable to refresh activation, try again later'. What am I not doing correctly? Thanks

I have been a longtime Cakewalk/Sonar user but I'm a little confused. I want to be up to date and buy Sonar, I know it sounds stupid but how do I get myself up and running with the most comprehensive version of The New Sonar. Thanks

I'm signed in to cakewalk but when I open a track it says 'Unable To Refresh Activation, Try again later. This has been going on for a week or so. What am I doing wrong, I of course need to save my work. Thanks

Thanks everybody, you were right, I put the latest version on my older desktop, now both machines have the same version and it worked. Thanks Again

Thanks for the responses. Yeah, it works on both machines when I record a new track, it's transferring a project from one machine to another that crashes Cakewalk.

I have OP-X Pro-ii on my desktop and laptop. I recorded on my laptop and am now trying to transfer the tunes to the desktop. Damage 2, Trillian and Addictive drums all transfer fine but OP-X crashes Cakewalk. I get this... Can anybody help? Thanks - Tim
