  1. I weep for mankind . . . a veritable river I weep . . . for they be not men . . . they be mere sheep.
  2. you could have just purchased it and used the Email address of your account during purchase and it would have been fine, that's how it works in most places
  3. I lost interest before I gained it, I might have seen a page or 2 at the most, under protest, that a friend (yeah, don't look so surprised, I had a couple, those that passed survived might be a more appropriate word, the vetting process) showed me.
  4. That's a good price, I just checked back and I paid $79 back in September 2015.
  5. I hope you realize Peter that not all have the same feelings towards you or the company you work for. I know you are made of tough stuff or you wouldn't have made it this far having to deal with all you have had to over the years, still, chin up sir. It is true about the CPU usage thing with Amplitube 5, it is a little annoying, but not annoying enough for me to bother putting in a support ticket, I mean the workaround is hardly an intensive procedure. Amplitube 5 and TONEX are some of my favorite and certainly most used softwares, and I would really hate to be without them.
  6. If it was me I would just copy over the .db file and then perhaps the relevant files/folders from Documents and/or Appdata where ever the various TONEX settings are kept, shouldn't/wouldn't take much to figure it out, if at all possible, certainly not 6 hours. To get all my packs across would likely take about 10/20 seconds and my collection is quite extensive, 250+ Full 3rd party packs and that's without the Signature Packs and other Packs purchased via IK. I certainly wouldn't be spending anything like 6hours, you have to do it once, as you are building your collection and that's spread out over time as you go, but to do it again all in one go, no thanks, there are much easier ways to accomplish that, and far better ways to spend your time
  7. Yeah thanks Peter, I was aware of that, I've been doing it the manual way ever since I've been doing it and probably will continue that way
  8. I always keep a copy of the latest TONEX .db file after every new addition and subsequent run of TONEX, if anything goes awry I don't have to worry about any of that jazz with regards to my library or restoring etc, if need be just slip the latest .db file back in and I'm instantly as I was.
  9. Never even consciously seen that tab before, but sure enough there they all are. You get the merit badge for 'Awareness' and thanks
  10. No they don't show up, in the PM you will just get a 'TONEX Registration Successful' or whatever it says, top right hand side. It can slip by unnoticed. That's how it's always happened for me and with how I do things, I've never done a FREEBIE though.
  11. Oh well, $250 is better than $385 I guess, Here goes . . .
  12. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I've been having a bit of a read up and I'm not sure. I've been just about to press the Buy button a couple of times now, dunno.
