  2. This is awesomely excellent, hands down contains some of the best you'll find. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
  3. hmmm, all I can say is if I had to recomend to someone, I would and do say get TONEX MAX I own MAX, and all IK released Packs and or singles All released Signature Packs Every Amalgam Captures Pack to date. Every Jason Sadites Pack to date Every Tone Junkies Pack to date Core Tone Captures, New Vintage Audio, Matt Fig, Presets For All, Tone Factor, Worship Tutorials, some dude by the name of Kemosabie, something like that a few of his packs, very good stuff. I only buy Packs, don't worry about getting singles from ToneNET or whatever it's called, don't even go there really unless it's to buy a pack of someone that I've been turned on to by someone in my small circle of peers. The point is I have hundreds of packs to choose from and I still use from IK's MAX package, some stuff in there I haven't found in all those hundreds of packs, other stuff that just sounds/suits better for certain things. Some of their Fender stuff is hard to beat. I think the 'IK stuff sucks' "the IK stuff is poor quality"mentality comes along with the general IK bashing and slagging off. "They've made an excellent product in TONEX, heck we can't give them to much, I know, lets just say their captures suck" that type of thing. Because they certainly don't suck, don't kid yourselves, you'll be missing out on some top stuff. Then you'll get the people who own MAX, but haven't really given it a chance, perhaps looked at a few and then went straight to the 3rd party stuff, yet they tend to know that the IK stuff isn't very good 😁. Don't kid yourselves. I've been with TONEX (MAX) since day 1, I know there are people here who early on put TONEX down etc lol, now they couldn't praise it any more if they tried, oh the transformation, it has been a thing to observe πŸ˜‡ Just don't kid yourselves, don't let that hate, knocking of IK that both you and I know occurs at every possible chance, practically every thread where IK is mentioned, don't let that mentality take you over, don't kid yourselves, oh yeah you might be able to bring out some bad captures, but that's a small amount really, I can show you some not to flash Amalgam captures as well, Jason Sadites, Tone Junkies, they all have some moments to forget. Anyway, have at it, do as you please, but just don't kid yourselves or let anyone turn you off the contents of MAX or any IK stuff in general, there is other factors at play here which have nothing to do with the issue at hand, it's been going on for years. Anyway I'm out, just when I read the way this was going I thought I would add some balance, IK a bit like Waves, it's sad really, but that's how it is. Oh, the Joe Satriani pack . . . , it's top notch, and contains some of the best there is. Highly recommended. I got to get back to it.🎸 Peace

  7. 🏏 Bowled him πŸ˜‡ Fan of Smooth Operator, INHY (-2), TAIP, INHY (-2) sits on every Guitar Track. Have to give this a try, and shame shame, this thread has reminded me of Transit, I really must get around to trying it out, I recall I thought it had potential even for an old rocker like me.
  8. No problems installing and activating Waves v15. All works fine in Studio One. At first sight some plugins may appear not to be there, but they have just been renamed. Don't know about CbB I don't use it. PSA - personally as a general rule it's Everyplugin and the Kman for gettin' WUP'd, and Best Service for Studio One Upgrades. I don't or haven't as yet used Studioverse myself, but I have read on a couple of other forums that the folks aren't having any issues with it and think it's pretty awesome.
  9. I don't mind me a good ole' WUP'n Although I didn't have to get WUP'd for this'n here one, I wud a gladly bin' WUP'd
  10. There have been a couple of current threads that seem to be open for Waves bashing. I'm not sure why you felt the need to turn another Waves thread into a Waves bashing event when there's two recent threads on the topic. At the very least you would get more enjoyment in those threads with people of like mind. In any event, here's a tip. I do like Waves and WUP and especially the befits I have gotten from it in the past few years, in the volume of excellent quality plugins that have been added to Mercury. I find all Waves plugins to be excellent, and quite good on CPU, I don't have any issues with any. I own all Waves Plugins bar 9 which are or might I say have been plugins that are of no interest to me, they are surround/360 type plugs, and with the recent resurgence in immersive and Atmos type effects and mixing I will likely grab in the near future. I don't find WUP to be that expensive, especially if you have half a brain and only purchase it when there is some benefit to you, new plugins, certain new features etc. If you have a bit of nous about you it will cost you only around $163, and that is for someone like myself who owns practically everything. Done that way buying WUP is almost like the feeling you get when you buy a new plugin, because it actually is buying a new plugin, or getting new features or updates etc. Personally I have no issues with WUP, and would have had no hesitation shelling out for v15 had I not already been covered by WUP. πŸ˜‡
  11. Yes Everyplugin would be the best, although most others like Plugin Boutique etc will do a deal for you as well.
  12. You certainly are an asset to team Cakewalk Mr VereπŸ‘
