  1. I have recently acquired a Mackie MCU Pro control surface to replace my beloved Cakewalk by Roland VS700C control surface which alas I cannot use with my new Windows 11 computer because there is no driver available from Roland beyond Win 7/8. I have tried the driver modification that has been posted on this forum that others have had success with on Windows 10, http://forum.cakewalk.com/How-to-use-V700-win-8-driver-in-win-10-also-applies-to-some-other-Roland-drivers-m3206046.aspx but Windows 11 Pro rejects the modified driver. So to my issue with the Mackie MCU Pro. It is installed as a control surface as Mackie-1. I also have a Yamaha Motif keyboard (which has transport controls on it) as a control surface as Mackie-2, so that when I am sitting at the keyboards I can start / stop or enable recording. However, when the Yamaha is present as a control surface it stops the Mackie MCU from accessing any tracks beyond track 8 - in other word the Bank control in the Mackie does not work. This never happened with the VS-700C. When I delete the Yamaha Motif as the the second Mackie control surface, pressing Bank on the MCU Pro moves to the second set of eight tracks as expected. Does anyone know why this is and if there is a workaround? Or even better, any other steps that might make it possible for me to use the VS-700 in a Windows 11 environment. Thanks
