  1. Thank you all for taking the time to help me. After seriously considering all of your recommendations, I've ended up doing this: 1: When recording, I use a Buffer Size of 128 and "NO" effects. 2: When mixing, I use a Buffer Size of 512 and add the effects here in this step. I've not had ONE issue since. Thanks again all. Really appreciate your experience and your time to help me out.
  2. Yes, I'm using ASIO. Its all I've ever used. Thanks
  3. I have Rahm Reverb active. And, thanks for the info
  4. I'm using the Motu driver
  5. Windows 10....32 Ram and Motu Audio Interface
  6. Hello All: I'm having an issue when Recording and Playback. I'm getting broken up sounds here and there. Both my audio interface and buffer size within Sonar was set to 128. Then, I set them to 256. Same issue. Could someone with more experience than me give me some guidance? Thanks
  7. Its in a track
  8. When I start a track, I'll insert EZdrummer and stretch it out (groove clip looping) longer than I'll need to be safe. Once I'm done recording, I'll then delete the leftover drum track at the end. I'll then mix everything and export it out to my PC desktop in a wave file. I'll then import it back in as a stereo track (after my initial mixdown). I'll apply a mastering plugin and do the final touches at the end of the track. I notice that even though I deleted the drums at the end of the track, there is this 2 line (what I call) drum residue. I'll then delete that and all is good. Sometimes when I go to delete the unused drums, I find the groove clip looping has taken the drum track MUCH farther than I initially set it. Anyone have any experience with this? And, why does it happen? Thanks
  9. Well: I found it. It was loaded within the Virtual Instruments tab under strings and not in the FX tab. Oh Well...learn something new every day. Thanks to all of your for your time.
  10. Its listed in the plugin layout manager. I then add it to my plugins. But nothing shows up when trying to load it on a track. I've just reinstalled it and still nothing. The plugin is Kontakt. It was there before, then it went away for some reason.
  11. Let me trying to say it this way: I added an audio track I'm trying to ad an FX. I then go under "Guitar" to add a certain FX. Its not there I then go to Plugin Layout Manager I select the plugin I want and Add it to the Plugin Menu Layout. Then, I save it I then go back to my track and try to add this plugin. Its NOT there. Even after I saved it in the Plugin Menu Layout why is this happening? I'll bet its user error, but I can't figure this one out.
  12. The issue is not on the Track screen. Its on the Manage Plugin screen. Its not saving it where I can use it on the Track screen.
  13. Yes I did. It shows up in the list where I can add the plugin. It slows it added, but doesn't appear on the track page where I can add it to a track. Confusing to me.
  14. Hello: I'm trying to get this one plugin to show up on my list. I've gone in to the Plugin Manager and added it....saved it. Went back to my track screen to select it, but it doesn't show as an option under "guitar" which is where I placed and saved it. Anyone had this issue? Appreciated any suggestions. Thanks
  15. Thanks: I did come across the nudge function but I just don't understand those numbers I suppose.
