  1. Fantastic! The dynamics and quality of the instruments is amazing. Best trumpets I've heard. Which orchestra? I think I heard Holst reference the theme from 1st Suite in Bb for just a moment. Gave me the chills.
  2. Here's my settings using the Soundblaster card. I can not adjust the buffer settings, they are greyed out.

    Duke

Drums now sound great- perfect mix too. It was needed to compliment the bass line. Song has punch now.

    Modo

Wow I like this! The piano chords are appealing, could listen for hours. I hear a sub bass but no regular bass. Which does keep it the mood lite, but a bass I think would be ok in some parts. Super nice.

    Duke

Enjoyed it! Plenty of low end on the bass! That's a slick bass pattern you came up with! Everyone would mix differently. I wouldn't make the drums heavier maybe just a tad up in the mix. Why the song name "Duke"?
  6. Thanks for comments! Uploaded new improved version. Same souncloud link in OP
  7. This one makes you dream and feel good, enjoyed it!
  8. I enjoyed this! Love the song vibe and organ, I used to have a vox continental , I hauled it to band jobs back in the day. And yes the surprising chord changes are great!

    Sugar Crash

great live guitar rock! and tape is the best recording medium imo so I hope there will be more on tape.
  10. Retro Kind of Mood by Michael John I recently got Sample Tank 4 MAX and finally made this piece to put it to the test! Using only Sample Tank 4 MAX instruments. I wrote this piece 10 years ago originally called "Positive Vibe", with Yamaha keyboard sounds. I reworked it now with ST4 instruments and featuring the Alan Parsons Imperial Grand, which I like a lot. No post-mastering done, I just tweak the mix in the tracks. All of the effects are from each instrument in ST4. My instrument list is shown below. Cakewalk by Bandlab is a joy to use. However it would start to stutter and crash randomly as I had all 7 instruments and their individual effects all going at the same time. Even though cpu and ram not even half way used. I do have a soundblaster card installed, so that might be an issue, not sure. I have to say I'm pleased with the result. 11. Updated new mix! Overall db was a bit low, and I made other improvements.
  12. wow I like this song a lot, soft acoustic vibe is nice. The way you sing is gentle and reassuring.
  13. Thanks! Sounds loud on my PC. Also see the signal strength lines in the soundcloud player? About same as others.

    TD 2

I had to listen again, so electronically fun. Like that dissonant chord. Question, how do you get the soundcloud player to appear? I past link but doesn't appear
