sparticus Posted December 14, 2019 Share Posted December 14, 2019 When we try to use any non-sonitus plugin, the plugin opens and can be manipulated but turns itself off as soon as playback is attempted. This happens on all the "stock" plugins like TH3 leveler as well as our own plugins. It doesn't affect the stock sonitus plugins, nor the default plugins that live in the prochannel. We've installed the hotfix, PC has nothing on it except windows 10 and cakewalk. All antivirus etc is off. Any ideas? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Robert Bone Posted December 14, 2019 Share Posted December 14, 2019 Is maintenance up to date, on Windows, as well as system drivers and such? Audio interface? BIOS? If any of those plugins can run in stand-alone fashion, do they open up properly outside of Cakewalk? John Posted December 14, 2019 Share Posted December 14, 2019 This could be a problem with the VST loader for Cakewalk. The Sonitus plugins are DX and don't use VST style loading. I suggest a reinstall of Cakewalk from a new DL. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
