Bajan Blue 987 Posted November 14, 2019 Hi Wookie I like this - been on play whilst I've been answering emails all morning!! Really reminds me of (good) Pink Floyd!! Great stuff Nigel
DeeringAmps 1,658 Posted November 14, 2019 Ramble on baby! Always a pleasure to start my day with a little Wookiee magic, that's for sure. Tom
Douglas Kirby 766 Posted November 14, 2019 The sounds in this were wild, and it was futuristic to me. For some reason it made me think of George Orwell's "1984" - I don't know why. Cool composition - thanks for posting.
David Sprouse 787 Posted November 15, 2019 This is proof that time is both a wave and a particle. Nice one wookie!

Wookiee 1,688 Posted November 15, 2019 @Bajan Blue Thank you Nigel, most of the synth voices came from Arturia's Floyd tribute packs, though I can never resist the opportunity to tweak them a little, which is where that Floyd sounds is coming form. I really appreciate your, comment, your time and your ears.

daryl1968 440 Posted November 15, 2019 Love this Wookster - atmospheric, tuneful and oh those sounds! Are you still wearing the cone of shame? If so, how did you see the keyboard?

Johnbee58 302 Posted November 15, 2019 (edited) Interesting work, Wook. Some of it seems very open and free but other parts remind me of loneliness and desolation. Probably what you're trying to convey. I could see this accompanying a space or NASA documentary. 🙂John B Edited November 15, 2019 by Johnbee58
Wookiee 1,688 Posted November 16, 2019 @Johnbee58, interesting observations John, strange time of year for me now so perhaps some of those hidden thoughts influenced this tune, thanks for listening and commenting.
Bob Oister 101 Posted November 16, 2019 Hey, Wookster, Well, it sure seems like you're healing up well, thank goodness!👍 This is a super cool bit of ambient electronica with tons of cool textures and melodies woven throughout the fresh, rich sounding mix!😀 What I love about it is how it's both relaxing and refreshing at the same time, but always holding the listener's interest right up to the end. Excellent stuff, my friend, and keep healing and cranking out great stuff like this!😀 Have a great weekend, Wook! Bob

Wookiee 1,688 Posted November 17, 2019 @Bob Oister Hi Bob, thanks for the listen and the very complementary comments. As to the operation site on my right forearm(paw) it is healing but having a chunk of furry skin 2 inches by 2 and 1/2 inches by a 1/4 of an inch deep removed takes time heal. Thankfully this one sort of fell out of the paws all on its own. You enjoy what is left of the weekend too Bob.
