Phil Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 I downloaded Bandlab and installed the 4 apps on there. during the installation I think I accidentally sent files to different drives then tried to copy the to one drive together. when I clicked on cakewalk nothing happened. I uninstalled everything to start over. now when I got to apps in bandlab I click the apps but Melodyne is checked and grayed out. Bandlab says that it is downloading the 4 but then nothing happens. I could of swore the first time the installation process started immediately but now I cant get anything to install. are the install folder somewhere and I have to click on them manually? Phil Posted January 18, 2019 Author Share Posted January 18, 2019 so I just watched a video on this. apparently when I download the install button under cakewalk in bandlab changes to open. mine just stays at install. if I click it again it just tries to download the stuff again. John Vere Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 This has been a common complaint and sorry to say the only solution I've seen offered is to just keep trying. I think the server times out and because the install is not handled by a download manager you seem to loose the file and so have to start again. Seems to work best with Chrome too.
