Steve Patrick Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 I just picked this up and while I can get it to work in Tonex I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to show up in Amplitube 5 which I would much prefer. Steve Patrick Posted January 5 Author Share Posted January 5 Yup...that I can do...but the ODS Legends are a "signature" series and I can't get them to show up at all in AT5. Steve Patrick Posted January 6 Author Share Posted January 6 Figured it out...they DO show up but just as the name of the preset along with eleventy jillion other models...not as ODS Legends group. Steve Patrick Posted January 8 Author Share Posted January 8 While I've discovered that I can load the tonex models into Amp 5, I'm still unable to do what I really want to: Tweak a preset in Tonex (which gives you much more control in tweaking the tone model) and then import that new preset into Amp 5. Even with my interweb sleuthing I still haven't found how to a: do that and b: whether this is actually possible or not. Your thoughts?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
reginaldStjohn Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 I only have the SE version of Tonex and have found it difficult to import and find the presets I want. I think going through Amplitube makes it even more difficult. Maybe try to load it into the Tonex directly and then see if it shows up in Amp 5 after tweaking and saving in Tonex. Kevin Walsh Posted February 2 Share Posted February 2 I feel your pain, it's been my hope that at5 can fill the gaps in the excellent tonex product. But like you I've been unable to make it work the way I want. There is a new versions of tonex and there might be an update to at5 as well. I'm not sure about that, but tonex is at version 1.5.1 I believe? You might want to check to make sure that you're up to date, they've done a lot of work with the ui.
