”shady” probably comes from my love of pulp fiction crime novels (Chandler fans will surely flame me now) I did co-write a tune “Lady in the Shade” 72-73ish, but I don’t think she was “shady”. Meatloaf, I’ll  wear that proudly. Thanks for listening.

Wow!  Tom, I missed this one due to the craziness of my life over the last few months, but I'm glad I found this gem.  This sounds like a page from my life, in regards to both the story and the musical influences.  If my friends, the Rainmakers, ever need a fill-in, I would recommend you.
