On the slim chance that the power failure corrupted something other than the drive or folder, you could check Windows for corrupted software.

From an elevated command prompt:  

  • SFC /Scannow ... if that shows some corruption, you might also run...
  • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
  • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Other than that, maybe roll back to your most recent system image backup prior to the outage.

I went with the manual download from the website (37 files out of 100 were not downloaded)  and the "reinstall library" from IK PM.

So far so good. Just under 50% of the files are installed in about 30 minutes.

That's exactly what I do as well for a lot of the IK stuff. The Product Manager has let me down a few too many times. Even if I use the Product Manager to install, I may still do a manual download off the site, then test extract and finally move to another disk to store them.
