Tracks falling out of sync

I am just learning to use Cakewalk and I need some help.  It seems when I import a bunch of tracks into a project they are out of sync with each other or fall out of sync with repeated plays.  Can someone explain what is happening here?  Is there something I need to know about importing track to keep them in sync?

sometimes when you are playing back and you drag and drop a plugin to a track it might need a playback restart to probably recalibrate the delay compensation of that plugin. I also noticed that if your project has melodyne regions it is also prone to have playback issues when u jump between different parts of the track without stopping the transport first. 

one way is to check this option and see if your problem persists

Sometimes,.... go to beginning of project beat 1.  Zoom way in, make sure you pasted it at the beginning.  Make sure your "snap to grid" is highlighted.  If not you can paste or move things anywhere.

1. Or You might have highlighted multiple tracks, and moved them accidentally. Or pasted them out of sync. 

2. Sometimes you may have to press stop, go back a few seconds, and it reloads
