John Maar 903 Posted February 1 Great price for an excellent master buss compressor. Will be nice to move up to the GE version from the free one. I also have Limiter 6 GE. Also excellent.

MusicMan 1,362 Posted February 1 If I didn't already have it, that would be a no brainer!

ALC 552 Posted February 2 Purchased. I'm getting these TDR plugins as they drop to no brainer prices (with freebie).
dubdisciple 512 Posted February 3 The last thing I need is another compressor but too good too pass up. ( sounds like a title if a chapter in the book of Gas).

I have about 47 compressors in my plugin list and none of them have helped with GAS up to now. Maybe I need to use a master compressor on my plugin plugin problem…and 2 or 3 limiters. I took a look (I knew I shouldn't have done that!) and would have to agree.

I have ProC2, Arturia comps, PA, Waves, blah, blah, blah. May just forego this and put the $ toward Smartcomp 2 which has been on my list for a while.
MarcL 759 Posted February 4 (edited) I like Kotelnikov GE, but regrettably it is a bit cpu hungry (like the newer PA and NI stuff). Edited February 4 by marled

dubdisciple 512 Posted February 4 The timeshaper freebie pushes it over the edge. Most pb freebies have been meh. I will actually use this one even if the comp is redundant.
MusicMan 1,362 Posted February 5 Some tutorials definitely help with this one if you want to go deep. Most compressors don't need a tutorial but this one has control over everything and then some! I somewhat wonder if Unisum took some inspiration from it as well. I still need to spend more time learning this one inside out.
