This looks interesting. Their website said the BF sales end(ed/s) on 4 Dec. It's 13h30 on 5 Dec here in France, but it was still on sale, so I picked it up.

They both appear competitive in terms of features.

Uses iLok tech, but dongle isn't required.
You can install it on directly your computer or use the cloud version.

At this point I prefer using an iLok dongle to many of the other registration/activation schemes out there.  But YMMV, really don't want to derail this thread on the merits +/- of iLok.
