Does your account reflect the products bundled in MPS? I bought the MPS 4 from iZotope and the details of that bundle are listed in my account. If I click on a purchase order the 3rd party serial numbers show up. In my case that is Exponential Audio, Groove3, and Melodyne. Don't know specifically about Plugin Alliance, but I suspect it's similar... probably as soon as the MPS bundle gets added to your iZotope account those serial numbers are available for you to register at the 3rd party websites.
