dubdisciple 512 Posted November 9, 2022 This is a game changer and brilliant in that it removes the barrier of copyright infringement . I hope it doesn't give RIAA the idea of trying to claim rights to "profiles". As far fetched as it sounds, the number of copyright claims that are little more than common chord progressions and motiffs makes it less farfetched than it sounds
locrian 1,000 Posted November 9, 2022 Has anyone managed to get their captured reference spectra to show-up in Ozone 10 as shown in the screenshot/video below? I'm trying this in Cubase 12 on Windows 10. https://youtu.be/QthtQoueUPU?t=
Brian Walton 2,040 Posted November 12, 2022 Does this actually do anything useful if you don't have Ozone or Neutron versions that support the "integration?"
JT music 51 Posted November 12, 2022 Pure commercial strategy, they give this away to force to update to Ozone 10, because in previous versions it does not work, the law throws the trap...

I suppose you could use as visual reference. Considering Izotope made visual mixer free, it may be worth it to get license in case they open up later. Thanks, yeah I already grabbed a seat but haven't installed it as the short bit of videos I watched on it seemed to imply it didn't do anything without copying that profile it makes to one of the other apps I don't have.
dubdisciple 512 Posted November 12, 2022 I think the sonible option may be better if you don't have ozone. I have ozone 10 so it's a no brainer. I am going to see if their are any non-izotope use hacks
